Greatest Driving Roads: Champs-Élysées

The Avenue Des Champs-Élysées is with out a doubt the most famous and infamous stretch of road in France and possible Europe. The avenue is home to luxury and high fashion stores know the world over, akin to Rodeo Drive in the USA. The avenue runs for two kilometres (1.25 miles) through the 8th Arrondissement in north western Paris, from the Place de la Concorde in the east with its obelisk, to the Place Charles de Gaulle in the west; the location of the Arc de Triomphe. The Champs-Élysées forms part of the Axe Historique, one of the principal tourist destinations in Paris.

N/A tuning is all about perfect balance, compression and revs. Balance and revs go hand in hand, as you need balance of the rotating assembly (crank, rods, flywheel, etc) to handle high revs which are needed for making power. Compression is an equal part of the equation, as its the part makes it go bang!

HATCH vs COUPE! The complete AE86 spectrum.

A question that has plagued AE86 enthusiasts since the dawn of time. “Should I get the hatch or should I get the coupe?” Do they have different merits? Do they handle and drive differently or is it all just aesthetics and whilst on the topic of aesthetics… which one actually looks better?Well It’s high time I sat down and attacked this rather difficult question.I’ll do my best to answer it!

In case your questioning my merits to; the cars in the photo above are both mine. Though it almost seems rather trivial to argue with myself over what in actuality is just a choice of what type of boot you like I’ll take it a few steps further. Both these cars are/were at the complete opposite spectrum. What do I mean? Read on!
