I am a little undecided on the hole size for the intake, its only 44mm but quads are 46mm as i measure it. Hmm ramp up air speed maybe i dunno but it fukin works i know that.

Torque is up by a mile across the hole rev range., Quiter and smoother aswell. I couldnt be happier atm. So far so good.

Something like these I.mec ram tubes from PASS Racing in USA could benefit you even more running than Noby Booth air box alone :D

I found there was power gains even with std airbox vs open throttles on my AE111 with a set of I.mec's. Running these back to back on dyno INSIDE factory airbox, netted an EXTRA 3kw below 4200rpm and an extra 6kw above 4900rpm!!! (with no air box it lost out quite a bit!)

This mod was performed on a low km stock AE111 Levin. With fresh oil, new air filter, fuel filter, reset timing, netted 94kw, then fitted Imec ram tubes netted 100kw. The I.mec's are fairly short, around 35mm from memory with a very large radius into a very large diameter bellmouth.

Wow almost a yr has past.

Well last rebuild 20v didnt really go as planned. Not sure whats up but its not right so ill have to redo it again 1 day.

Still drivable, has 220psi on all cyl but yet it wants to eat 4ltrs of oil per 400kms of lazy ass driving. Ive up'd the oil range to 20w/60 seems to only use 100ml for 500kms now.

Hmm nothing really changed. Slowly painting the interior. Its working so far.

Changed to hks extractors, hmm thats about it. Oh i did get some 50mm trumpets for the 20v and they feel nice but its going to be a struggle to get them too fit inside the Nooby booth intake mani.

Ill keep fiddling.

This graph shows when vvt wasn't behaving itself (redline) and when it was behaving itself (Green line).

There is another graph i haven't received yet showing top kw as 100. Pretty much the same except much more punch from 4000-6500rpm.

The tuner noticed that the timing belt wobbles the same as the wobbles are in the top end of the graph, probably bouncing the timing around a little.

Yes aaron i agree.
Yavuz at Unigroup did the tune on the new ecu.

So far fault less, best cold start ive ever had.

Pat these are Wiseco 11.6/1 - 0.5mm o/s pistons, still using stock cams. Very minimal head and block shave with a 0.8mm head gasket i think.

Oh and i dare say the cleaned injectors helped, a/f ratios had a heart attack and have flat lined at 12.3/1, which we may see in the next graph. Ive never seen anything like it, but then again never really looked either.

Oh shit so long ago since posted i have, hmmm

*Rear disk brakes added, rather painful.
*Shockworks coilover all round.
*FC brakes at the front (jindabyne annual confirmed stock = poo)
*Different sway bars AJPS i think. Still need to add the front ones.
*Different exhaust from HKS headers back.
*Changed injectors to newer ones that dont leak.
*Cusco adj panhard rod.
*New home made intake manifold for the 20v in the works.

That is all.
