And what is it on idle? Like 5%? Give me a couple minutes i wanna look this up, different engine but i had a kinda same issue when i was starting my car for the first time, i just had to postion the tps in the throttle correctly. this might make you feel better in the mean time

I dont know heaps about Beams at all, but whats the TPS set at? and whats your fuel trim set at?
