Don't tap it in case you want to refit injection later on. best bet would be to machine up some plugs out of ally and use O-rings to seal them. I saw a set for sale on yahoo recently.

Blocking injector holes in head
Hey guys
HelpIng a mate carb his small port 4age
We need to block the injector holes.
Best way to tap and screw in a plug?
What if I was to turn up some plugs that were interference fit. Freeze them then knock in, slightly longer then grind them down so inside of the port is nice and smooth?

or some injectors and the rail to hold them in place?
